Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Gryva ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to gryva.com and our services. We operate from offices in the United States (Los Angeles, Miami) and the European Union (Amsterdam, Sofia), and we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Data we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact or audit forms, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, company, website, the services you're interested in, your budget range, and your message.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages securely. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To communicate with you about your project or our services.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
Our legal basis under the GDPR is your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
3. Cookies
We use only essential, privacy-friendly storage, for example, remembering that you've dismissed our cookie notice. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and delivery).
- Form delivery: Telegram, which we use to receive form submissions internally.
- Fonts: Google Fonts (font delivery).
5. International transfers
Because we operate in both the US and EU, your data may be processed in either region. Where data is transferred out of the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email us at hello@gryva.com.
